Central location was a plus. The staff was willing to help, and they were all very amiable and really caring. The room was nicely decorated and well laid out with king bed when upgraded.

The location was handy, very close to the Nandaemun market, Lotte Duty Free and several palaces, shops, food option and transport, and the metro, bus stops and airport bus shuttle. The staff greeted everyone and was willing to help. We were in a suite with 2 single beds and bath, for instance.

I greatly enjoyed this property - romantic hotel.
The room was good sized and well-organised, included feather pillows. A safe, multi-channel TV, and a fridge were all available. It had very central location close to a rebuilt city gate.

The location was comfy, very close to the subway lines, and the bed comfortable. Plus, it was just off main Myeongdong shopping streets and subway station, the different neighborhoods and shops.

That hotel was in a great location, to Myeongdong shopping street. Besides, it was just off the slope toward myeongdong at the cost of 14,000 won or 15,000 won to Incheon international airport and the subway station. The room was neat and compact with toilet & bath, 1 big bed plus great views, had a good night's sleep.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of the city center. The location was perfect - just a short walk away from City Hall Sunway station and surrounded by an open area with plenty of shops and restaurants. The hotel provided great value for money, with basic amenities and comfortable rooms. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, such as the inclusion of a "Handy" phone with unlimited data, which was a lifesaver for navigating the city. Additionally, breakfast was included in the rate, and it was a delightful way to start each day.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were polite and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The fast internet was definitely a bonus. I also enjoyed the fancy toilet seats with all the different buttons.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but overall, everything was ok.

The hotel was in the heart of the city, close to everything, including KLA limousine bus stops to airports and shopping areas. Transportation was very easy and convenient. The staff was friendly and spoke good English, providing me with helpful recommendations. The room was clean and modern with great facilities.
